Study Project: Customer Dialogue 2025

For some time now, many companies provide their customers a large number of communication channels. Thus the customer is being placed in the center of communication in a new way. And customer demands directly lead to the necessity of coordinating and integrating this communication across all channels and departments during all phases of the sales, pre-sales, and after-sales processes. But: the customer? The single generic customer with standardized needs, expectations, and communication behavior has long been a mere fiction. The requirements for a future-proof customer dialogue need to be described individually for the target groups of the digital age.

Study Project: The Future of Financial Services

Anyone who considers online to be just another communication or sales channel has failed to recognize the scope of the digital revolution. Technological progress is changing every area of your customers' lives. The omnipresence of the mobile and stationary internet alone is leading to a transition in customer behavior and thus to new demands on the availability, comparability, transparency, and adaptivity of products, all the way down to the personalized sales approach and products that adapt intelligently to the present needs of their owners. This transformation is disrupting the classical provision-based business model of financial service providers as well.

Study Project: The Personalized Medicine of the Future — Products and Processes

The future of medicine is personalized. This is the clear revelation of the 2b AHEAD in-house trend study published last June, which has already caused a sensation in the healthcare sector. The boundary between illness and health will become blurred. Data will take on the leading role in the industry, while the relevance of established market players will be placed on a new foundation as new players appear on stage. The individualization of products and services will successively penetrate the entire healthcare system. The relationship between patients and providers will start to shift — and space will appear for new products, processes, and business models.
